Welcome to MoodleMakes, a brand run by Craig Inzana Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Description of Services

MoodleMakes is an eCommerce website that allows users to upload pictures of their pets, which are then processed to create stylized versions. These stylized pet images can be purchased on various products through our print partners.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

a. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make purchases on our website.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User-Generated Content

a. By uploading pet images to our website, you grant MoodleMakes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the images for the purpose of processing, generating stylized versions, and marketing our services.

b. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the pet images and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or copyrights.

c. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MoodleMakes, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Craig Inzana Media LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The only exception to this is the images you upload, we do not claim those as our property, only store them on your behalf.

Payment Terms

a. We accept payments through Stripe and WooCommerce, which offer various payment methods, including but not limited to PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards.

b. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information when making a purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping is handled by our third-party print partners. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

b. Orders typically take 3-5 days in production and an additional 5-10 days for shipping, which may vary depending on the customer’s location.

c. Customers will receive a shipping number and should contact the shipping company directly with any delivery issues.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

a. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

b. If you encounter issues with product quality or shipping damage, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. However, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

c. Order cancellations are only possible within the first few hours after placing an order, before our print partners begin production.

Limitation of Liability

MoodleMakes and Craig Inzana Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoodleMakes, Craig Inzana Media LLC, and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.
